As we enter our next growth phase, we’re searching for a Growth Marketing Manager who can turbocharge our client acquisition and lead our product-led growth engine.
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals interested in Growth Marketing to lead our demand generation and product-led growth strategy. You'll own our global growth marketing programs—managing inbound funnel performance, developing new pipeline sources, and improving conversion rates from interest to adoption. This role combines marketing strategy with technical experimentation, requiring someone comfortable with both data-driven campaigns and hands-on website optimization.

What you will do:
- Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies across email, SEO, paid media, website, reviews, retargeting, and nurture campaigns
- Drive qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound marketing activities
- Analyze data to segment audiences, optimize conversions, and improve engagement
- Develop strategies to increase touchpoints across the marketing + sales journey
- Lead A/B testing, funnel experiments, and conversion optimization
- Manage budgets, lead scoring models, and analytics tools
- Select and manage agencies, contractors, and creative partners
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Content to scale pipeline growth
You will do this by:
- Leading and executing with a growth mindset to increase revenue generating activities and optimize our investments.
- Partnering with the content team to develop overall strategies and operationalize best-in-class content marketing.
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, and others to continuously improve lead scoring, qualification, and quality, as well as lead management, follow-up, and pipeline engagement.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to help support and move forward strategic objectives and key results.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven success meeting aggressive pipeline & revenue goals
- Experience leading teams or managing external partners
- Strong command of marketing tech, BI dashboards, testing tools, and SEO
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making
- A metrics-driven mindset with deep experimentation experience
- Marketing Agency experience preferred
