We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Business Analyst to help us understand business needs, analyze data, and support informed decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process documentation
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and business insights
- Assist in evaluating business processes and proposing enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment
- Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new processes or tools
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and business guidelines
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical/operational role
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and translate data into insights
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus
- Experience gathering requirements and supporting cross-functional teams
- Ability to visualize and map processes (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
- Fully remote role within Germany
