Job Description


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4-6 years of experience in full cycle corporate recruiting, with 2-3 years focused specifically within IT recruiting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortability around working with Director level managers and C-Suite.
  • Proficiency with an ATS such as Dayforce or a similar system.
  • Strong flexibility and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work with change.

Plusses:

  • Recruiting certifications such as AIRS, Certified Talent Recruiter (CTR), or equivalent.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certifications.

Job Description:

A nonprofit organization in based in Florida is looking for a fully remote Senior IT Recruiter to join their team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. You will manage the full recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This role covers everything from high-volume hiring to executive-level searches, so being adaptable and tailoring your approach to each need is essential. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and business leaders to develop strategies, share best-practice recommendations, and keep communication clear throughout the process. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience—built on professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail—is a key part of this position. This role is fully remote on EST hours. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, The pay rate is $36-$40/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
