We’re expanding our Learning & Development team and are hiring a dedicated Learning Experience Consultant & Facilitator to support our clients through the next phase of growth.
As the Learning Experience Consultant & Facilitator, you'll directly support our clients by consulting on the design, delivery, and evolution of Learning Experience solutions tailored to their business. Reporting to the Manager of Learning & Development, you will lead discovery with key stakeholders, design and build high-quality learning content, and deliver engaging training sessions across modalities.
This role is ideal for someone with strong consultation experience, content design and facilitation expertise, and a coaching mindset that allows you to tailor solutions to diverse client needs.
Client & Stakeholder Consultation
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, leading program design from discovery to delivery
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess client learning needs and performance goals
- Develop and present tailored learning recommendations to external stakeholders
- Partner with clients to develop and present a workplace culture strategy that aligns with client goals and objectives
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams and third-party providers as needed to support project execution
- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality, engaging content across multiple modalities
- Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles, learning best practices, and organizational objectives
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions for audiences ranging from frontline teams to senior leaders
- Develop supporting learning materials including handouts, workbooks, presentation decks, and other participant resources
- Facilitate group Train-the-Trainer sessions as part of broader Learning Experience solutions
- Conduct 1:1 coaching for people leaders – from supervisors to CEOs – using CultureAlly’s coaching model while adapting to the unique needs of each leader
- Apply a coaching-oriented approach to help leaders build capability and drive behavior change
- Demonstrated ability to remain flexible across multiple client contexts and changing business needs
- Demonstrated comfort communicating and partnering with external senior leaders, including C-Suite executives
- Post-secondary education in adult learning, performance consulting, organizational development, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in a consultation, learning & development, instructional design, or corporate training role
- Experience leading program and client management with external stakeholders.
- Experience managing training programs and mentoring team members
- Skill in designing for multiple modalities: in-person training, virtual workshops, coaching, Train-the-Trainer, mentorship programs, e-learning, and simulations
- Proficiency with Google Slides/PowerPoint and virtual meeting platforms (ex. Zoom)
- Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Bilingual in English/French
- Knowledge of DEI practices and workplace culture strategy
- Coaching Certification at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level or higher (or in progress)
- Total Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 CAD

- Fully remote role based in Greater Toronto Area, Canada
- Standard hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST (flexibility required for client scheduling)
- Travel as needed within North America may be required
