Job Description


We are one of the largest and fastest growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities! We are looking for a talented Paid Ads and Creative Content Designer to join our team working hybrid out of our Etobicoke office. This hybrid role blends paid advertising strategy with hands on creative production! Perfect for someone who can manage campaigns, design conversion driven creatives, and contribute to a fast growing team environment.

You will be responsible for building, launching, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and Google, and using your expertise to push media across other platforms as you see fit. You will also be designing high quality and results driven ad creatives. This is an on site, collaborative position where you'll work closely with our marketing team and founder.

After 6 months probation, candidates will be considered for relocation to Canada/US.

Responsibilities

Media Buying

  • Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Set up campaign structures based on objectives: conversions, leads, traffic, remarketing
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, targeting refinement, and budget allocation
  • Monitor performance metrics daily (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust budgets/creatives accordingly
  • Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages using A/B and multivariate testing
  • Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform-specific tools
  • Provide weekly performance reports and insights
  • Research audiences and create effective targeting and testing strategies
  • Scale winning ads while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with creative team to brief ad messaging, visuals, and formats aligned with brand objectives

Creative & Design

  • Create original, high converting ad creatives: static graphics, reels, and hyper engaging short form videos
  • Design all ad assets from scratch using your preferred tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
  • Produce platform specific versions (Reels, TikTok style, YouTube Shorts)
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative
  • Brainstorm ad angles, hooks, and creative strategies with the marketing team

Requirements

  • Availability full-time in-office at our Etobicoke location
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Meta and Google media buying
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimisation and performance metrics
  • Graphic design proficiency with a portfolio of work you personally created
  • Ability to edit short form social ads
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into creative insights
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, campaign driven environment
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
