Job Description
Camzo is building a new interactive engagement layer for gaming — combining competitive play, user rewards, and integrated brand experiences. We’re looking for a highly motivated UI/UX Designer who wants real experience shaping product design in a fast-moving startup atmosphere.
This role is perfect for college students, recent graduates, or early-mid-career designers interested in gaming, interactive systems, and product design. You’ll work closely with our COO/CMO and founding team to bring new features, screens, and user flows to life.
We can promise: real ownership, real shipped work, and an insanely strong portfolio at the end of this. In addition, we want someone who will grow with the company post funding and work PT / FT with salary.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive user flows for gaming features, competitive challenges, and brand integrations
- Create clean, modern interfaces (web + mobile)
- Translate rough ideas into wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes
- Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to refine design requirements
- Help shape design systems, UI components, and user onboarding experience
- Conduct light UX research (competitive analysis, user feedback, etc.)
- Iterate quickly based on team input (we build fast!)
Requirements
- Experience with Figma (must), Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Understanding of basic UX principles (navigation, hierarchy, accessibility)
- Strong visual design skills — clean, modern aesthetic
- Creative problem-solving and willingness to learn
- Interest in gaming, esports, or interactive platforms is a plus
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing for mobile
- Familiarity with design systems
- UX research experience
- Motion/UI animation skills
