Job Description - Salesforce System Administrator
Job Location- Austin, Texas- Hybrid
Overview
Understands business objectives and challenges to identify effective technical solutions.
Performs studies and cost/benefit analyses to evaluate system alternatives.
Analyzes user requirements, current procedures, and operational issues to improve or automate processes.
Collaborates with business units to gather input/output requirements, data formats, reporting needs, and workflow expectations.
Documents detailed descriptions of user needs, system functions, and technical requirements for development or system modifications.
Reviews existing system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling constraints to determine feasibility of requested changes.
Serves as a hands-on Salesforce System Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce environments.
Sets up new Salesforce orgs, manages integrations with third-party tools, and oversees data migrations.
Utilizes CI/CD frameworks, performs system troubleshooting, and supports production environments.
Executes administrative tasks, security updates, and system enhancements as needed.
Prior Salesforce development experience is a plus.
Familiarity with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory is a plus.
Works within Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
Provides availability for 24/7 support.

Minimum Requirements
Candidate Skills & Qualifications
7+ years - Salesforce Administration experience, including managing, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce orgs and implementing/improving security policies.
7+ years - Experience with SDLC processes, coding standards, change control, version management, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Flosum).
7+ years - Experience with data migrations, data quality initiatives, system integrations, third-party tools, and AppExchange products.
7+ years - Experience troubleshooting complex system software/hardware issues and recommending technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years - Experience implementing authentication protocols (OAuth) and working with core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML).
2+ years - Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Apex triggers, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components).
2+ years - Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Jitterbit).
2+ years - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
2+ years - Experience using Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
