  • Develop infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Ansible across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Manage containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Build deployment workflows for real-time and batch applications, including ML/AI model delivery.
  • Implement observability stacks with ELK, Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, and related tools.
  • Partner with software, data, and operations teams to improve reliability, performance, and deployment speed.
  • Support integration, validation, and deployment of complex systems from prototype through scale.

What You Must Have:

  • Active Top Secret clearance.
  • Strong academic and engineering foundation (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.).
  • Experience working within technical environments known for high engineering rigor.
  • 5+ years working with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, Rust, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, FluxCD, Artifactory).
  • Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong background in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to navigate complex architectures and established codebases.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work in demanding engineering settings.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in modeling, simulation, physics, math, or advanced algorithms.
  • Experience with distributed or multi-agent systems.
  • Familiarity with observability concepts and tooling.
  • Understanding of DevOps or MLOps security best practices.

Additional Notes:

  • Onsite presence in Washington, DC is required.
  • Client will fly finalists in for onsite interviews and offers relocation support when applicable.
  • The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and built around iterative engineering and strong ownership.
