We're expanding our team and seeking a talented individual to fill a Project-Product Hybrid Manager role.

This role begins as a part time position with a clear path to full-time employment for the right candidate after passing the trial period.

Projects You’ll Be Working On:

• As an agency, you will be working on a variety of innovative products aiming to push the limits in healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand space.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Drive products through the entire SDLC, from vision to launch and beyond
• Building prototypes using AI tools such as Cursor and Lovable
• Drive product excellence and user satisfaction:
• Meet product KPIs (app store ratings, NPS, user engagement)
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify improvements
• Conduct user testing on prototypes and live products
• Execute product discovery and define MVP features
• Implement best practices and cutting-edge product management tools
• Close collaboration with designers, developers, and QA team to align toward product KPIs. 
• Develop project plans, status reports, estimates, and schedules.
• Serve as a conduit between project/team members in all cross-functional groups.

The key characteristics we're looking for are:

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager delivering digital products and managing a team.
• Experience with writing and understanding code.
• Unwavering commitment to product integrity, acting as the last line of defence against subpar releases.
• Obsessive attention to detail and quality assurance, ensuring product excellence even when others may overlook issues
• Experience working in all phases of the SDLC for medium to large projects.
• The ability to "figure it out" when you hit inevitable roadblocks.
• Desire for team-first approach, radical transparency, thoughtful disagreement, and constructive feedback (both giving and offering).
• Accountability for deadlines, matched with a proactive discussion of deadline adjustments.
• Mental fortitude to handle a relatively high-stress environment that comes from tighter deadlines and rapid development cycles.
• Best-in-class communication skills.

Desirable characteristics: 

• Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled products in and outside of the healthcare space.
• Inclination towards usage of AI tools to speed up work-related tasks. 
• Prior experience working with agencies.
• Experience in health tech is a plus.

• Since we are fully remote and our team is across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and need to be flexible with different time zones.
• All New Joiners with Topflight Apps go through a 1 Month Trial at the start of their employment journey; which requires working part-time. This is to ensure your onboarding goes smoothly and that both parties are aligned on future expectations. 

Annual Salary:

Up to $83,200
