About LifeNavigator

We’re building an AI-powered Life Management Platform — one that thinks and acts like an advisor to help you make better decisions in finance, career, wellness, and education.


We launch our private beta next week and are preparing for large-scale partnerships across education, enterprise, healthcare, and government ecosystems.

We are looking for a founding Head of Partnerships & Strategic Alliances to lead our go-to-market expansion and build the partnerships engine from the ground up.



What You’ll Do

As the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling LifeNavigator’s partnership strategy across multiple industries:



Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across universities, online learning platforms, enterprises, healthcare providers, and military/veteran programs
  • Create and manage pipelines for enterprise pilots and institutional integrations
  • Lead outreach, presentations, product demos, and negotiations
  • Structure partnership agreements and work directly with legal as needed
  • Develop scalable frameworks for distribution, onboarding, and co-branded initiatives
  • Represent LifeNavigator at conferences, partner meetings, and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder/CEO on GTM roadmap and fundraising support
  • Develop sales/partnership materials and early playbooks
  • Build the foundations of the future partnerships and BD organization



What Success Looks Like in This Role (12-Month Milestones)📌 30 Days — Foundation & Market Positioning

  • You fully understand the LifeNavigator product, multi-agent system, and category we are creating.
  • You’ve mapped our ecosystem: education, enterprise HR/L&D, healthcare/wellness, military, workforce development.
  • You’ve identified the 100 highest-leverage partners across all verticals.
  • You’ve built our partnerships narrative and pitch with the Founder/CEO.
  • You’ve opened 10–20 warm conversations using your network + targeted outreach.

Success at 30 days:

You’ve established yourself as the external face of LifeNavigator’s expansion and built early momentum.

📌 60–90 Days — Pipeline & Early Proof

  • You have a repeatable outreach and pitch motion in place.
  • You’ve opened 40–60 qualified partnership conversations.
  • You’ve secured at least 3–5 pilot commitments across:
  • a university
  • an enterprise HR/L&D team
  • a wellness or healthcare partner
  • a military or workforce channel
  • You’ve helped refine GTM materials, pricing models, and co-branded pilot structures.

Success at 90 days:

You’ve proven that LifeNavigator can land pilot partners across multiple verticals.

📌 6 Months — Pilot Activation & Distribution

  • You’ve launched multiple active pilots and confirmed early engagement metrics.
  • You’ve structured at least one high-visibility partnership (university, Fortune 500, or military).
  • You’ve built a predictable partnerships pipeline with clear stages and forecast accuracy.
  • You’ve created a scalable playbook for enterprise + education partnerships.
  • You’ve helped position LN for seed investment by showing real institutional demand.

Success at 6 months:

LifeNavigator has real pilots, real traction, and a strong enterprise/education pipeline that investors respect.

📌 12 Months — Scale & Category Leadership

  • You’ve closed 3–7 multi-year partnership agreements across our core verticals.
  • You’ve established LN as a trusted partner in at least one of these ecosystems:
  • higher education
  • workforce development
  • corporate learning & wellness
  • military readiness and transition
  • You’ve built the early Partnerships/BD team structure (1–3 junior roles, depending on funding).
  • You’ve helped the Founder prepare for seed/Series A investment by showcasing revenue potential and distribution reach.
  • You’ve built relationships with strategic investors and partners (EdTech, HealthTech, HR Tech, Corporate Wellness, DoD contractors).

Success at 12 months:

You’ve turned LifeNavigator’s potential into a repeatable channel, a strong partnership portfolio, and a scalable distribution engine.



Who You AreRequired Qualifications

  • 5–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or strategic alliances
  • Proven track record building partnerships in at least one of the following:
  • EdTech / Higher Education
  • HealthTech / Wellness
  • FinTech
  • HR Tech / Talent Development
  • Government / Military / Workforce programs
  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement cycles
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environment
  • Demonstrated ability to close strategic partnerships



Bonus Qualifications

  • Existing network in education, enterprise HR/L&D, health, or government channels
  • Experience launching or scaling early-stage products
  • Prior startup or founder experience
  • Interest in AI, human performance, or personal development
