Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in operations management, administrative coordination, and policy implementation, especially within government programs, offices, or public-facing operations.
Role overview:
- In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your administrative and organizational expertise.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- These projects will help you explore how AI can be leveraged to improve efficiency, workflow optimization, and strategic decision-making across administrative functions in the public sector.
What does day-to-day look like:
- Design and solve real-world administrative and operational scenarios to test AI reasoning.
- Write clear, structured explanations covering budget planning, procurement, facilities management, and compliance tracking.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to government procedures.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of public administration principles, documentation standards, and interdepartmental coordination.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager, Office Manager, or Operations Coordinator, preferably in a government or public administration environment.
- Background in Public Administration, Business Management, or Operations preferred.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, and administrative reporting.
- Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation.
- Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills.
