About the Role:
K3-Innovations is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as US Pharma Recruiters. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and recruiting talent for the Life Sciences and Pharma sectors in the US. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about US recruitment practices, visa processes, and tax terms while building your career in a fast-growing and dynamic industry.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Learn to identify and source qualified candidates for roles in the Life Sciences and Pharma industries in the US market.
- Candidate Screening: Assist in conducting candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and fit for various roles in the US.
- US Visa Expertise: Gain knowledge of US work visas (H1-B, L1, OPT, CPT, etc.) and understand their importance in the recruitment process.
- US Tax Terms Knowledge: Learn about US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) to support the recruitment process.
- Pipeline Management: Help build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, tracking their progress using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide support in recruitment activities.
- Industry Networking: Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand your network and learn about recruitment trends.
- Compliance: Stay informed about US labor laws, tax regulations, and immigration policies to ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Passion for Recruitment: A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment, especially within the Life Sciences and Pharma sectors.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn about US recruitment practices, visa processes, and tax terms.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of ATS software and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed) is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with the desire to meet or exceed recruitment targets.
- Relocation Willingness: Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad or North India for this position.
