Hygenie.ai going after some company's Like Klenty, Observe.ai, Aircover.ai in Austin, Texas and Palo Alto California. Goal is for Hygenie.ai to stand as a solo tool and license out the tech for sales enablement companies that haven't figured out real time AI coaching KPI's. Looking for a developer who wants to get dirty and either go to zero or 10 million in the next 24 months. Not for the faint of heart. Must be able to communicate clearly on topics and conversation AI. This will be a paid for product service. Meaning we will detail what i want done, map out a timeline and amount of work, and when the tool is delivered, payment is delivered. Must live in Texas. No exemptions.

This is a fully remote contract role for a Full Stack Developer specializing in AI/ML. The role involves designing and developing scalable software solutions, managing both front-end and back-end development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML algorithms into the platform. The developer will write clean, maintainable code, troubleshoot technical issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-Stack Development, with strong knowledge of Front-End Development and Back-End Web Development
- Proficiency in Software Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Experience with AI/ML implementation and integration into web applications
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Strong understanding of scalable architectures and API integrations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field preferred
