Human Resources Manager
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

Work Schedule (IST): 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Split Shift)
Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Role Overview
The Human Resources Manager will own end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations for TFA. This role requires strong hiring execution, excellent candidate communication, structured follow-ups, and disciplined documentation. The candidate must be comfortable operating independently in a remote environment and managing hiring pipelines with speed, professionalism, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (End-to-End)
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, including outreach, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, and follow-ups
- Handle both inbound and outbound recruitment, including direct outreach, calling, and scheduling interviews with suitable candidates
- Conduct first-round interviews independently via video calls and coordinate next steps such as second rounds or management interviews when required
- Maintain clear communication with candidates across the hiring process, including invitations, reminders, interview instructions, and status updates
HR Operations & Documentation
- Support onboarding and joining formalities and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Prepare and manage HR documentation and formal communication as required (e.g., offer letters, joining checklists, internal HR records)
- Maintain trackers and recruitment data in an organized manner using structured spreadsheets and shared tools
Required Tools & Platform Experience (Must-Have)
- Zoho Recruit: Hands-on experience managing candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows
- LinkedIn with LinkedIn Premium: Experience including LinkedIn InMail usage for candidate outreach
- Professional Communication: Strong experience drafting professional outreach messages and recruitment communication (InMail/email/WhatsApp where applicable)
- Google Sheets: Maintaining structured trackers, recruitment pipelines, and follow-up logs
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and hiring execution with confidence handling calls, screening conversations, and video interviews
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone suitable for candidate-facing interactions
- High organizational discipline: follow-ups, timely scheduling, maintaining records, and managing multiple active roles
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and represent the company professionally
