About the role……
At The Sociable Society, the Creator Manager is the main point of contact for a select roster of talent overseeing their brand partnerships, growth strategies, and day-to-day business operations. This role blends relationship management, deal execution, and creative strategy. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving creator economy. They know how to advocate for talent, build long-term brand relationships, and execute deals that drive both impact and income.
The Day to Day:
- Manage and nurture relationships with a roster of creators, acting as their primary business partner and advocate.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound brand partnership opportunities from outreach to contract execution.
- Negotiate campaign deliverables, usage rights, and compensation to align with creator goals and brand budgets.
- Maintain an active pulse on each creator’s content strategy, audience insights, and brand alignment.
- Develop personalized growth plans for each creator, identifying new revenue streams and partnership opportunities.
- Track campaign performance, deliverables, and payments to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Stay up to date on creator economy trends, platforms, and brand marketing shifts to provide strategic guidance.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and PR teams to integrate creators into broader agency initiatives.
- Maintain organized records and reporting for all creator activity, partnerships, and earnings within internal systems.
What you bring to the team:
- 2+ years of experience managing digital creators, influencers, or talent within an agency environment.
- Proven success building and managing a roster of talent.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, brand campaign processes, and content production timelines.
- Experience negotiating brand deals and navigating contracts, deliverables, and usage rights.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, project management systems, and campaign tracking platforms.
