About the Role:
You'll be responsible for creating high-quality reference and learning materials tailored to a developer audience, with a focus on enhancing their experience and understanding.
The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting clear, engaging documentation and has a strong grasp of computer science and blockchain technology. You'll play a key role in translating complex technical concepts into concise, accessible, and developer-friendly content.
What You'll Do:
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language to support the onboarding of developers and organizations.
- Create a variety of content, including comprehensive guides, TL;DR summaries, release notes, product roadmaps/specifications, how-to guides, technical explainers, tutorials, and sample code.
- Determine the appropriate tone, format, and style for each type of documentation.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, content managers, developers, and editors to deliver high-quality, developer-friendly materials.
- Conduct in-depth research to gain expertise in relevant technologies and subject areas.
- Craft, revise, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, integration guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, enhancement, and workflow optimization.
We're on the hunt for someone who has:
- A strong background in computer science.
- 3+ years of experience as a technical or content writer, ideally in the blockchain or software industry.
- Hands-on experience and deep understanding of blockchain technology.
- Excellent proficiency with GitHub and version control workflows.
- Experience using documentation platforms such as Docusaurus, GitBook, Read the Docs, or similar.
- Expertise in producing high-quality documentation and technical articles.
- Experience writing software architecture documentation and detailed API references.
- A strong track record in creating educational, developer-focused content.
- Familiarity with writing team workflows in fast-paced, agile environments.
