Dawn is expanding its recruitment services, and looking for a superstar with established list of clients who they can bring into the company and continue to grow this new business line. Dawn already has a full recruitment services team and technology for support.
We are searching for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design clean, modern, and intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement designs.
- Develop and maintain style guides and design systems.
- Ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms and devices.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.
- Work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to present and communicate design decisions clearly.
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines remotely.
