Job Description
PAY: $70-87/hour on W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.
This is a fully remote role, no onsite work is expected, but quarterly travel may be asked.
12 months + W2 contract position; Only W2 Candidates can be presented, C2C/1099 not possible.
Description
- Seeking a data-driven analyst with deep domain experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or quality.
- The role emphasizes transforming operational data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and BI tools, developing data models for reporting and analytics, and driving cross-functional decisions.
- Some exposure to semantic/data modeling or ontology concepts is helpful but not required.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or data modeling with a focus on manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or quality data.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, aggregating, and optimizing performance on large datasets.
- Proficiency with Python for data cleaning, feature engineering, automation, and custom analytics.
- Demonstrated experience building dashboards and BI artifacts that communicate KPIs and analyses to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to capture requirements, translate business problems into analytical solutions, and measure impact.
- Strong analytical thinking, systems analysis, problem-solving, and communication, demonstrated by past projects.
- Experience in large enterprise environments and familiarity with tools such as Palantir Foundry, Protégé, or similar platforms.
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES), PLM, ERP, or quality management systems (QMS).
- Critical thinker and methodical problem-solver

- Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional engagement
