Job Description
A highly established, growth-oriented services organization is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead and rebuild its marketing function during a critical phase of transformation. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and will play a central role in driving revenue alignment, brand positioning, and demand generation across multiple service divisions.
This opportunity is ideal for a strategic yet execution-focused marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is energized by building structure, process, and performance from the ground up. The department is currently lean and undergoing a full reset, offering a rare chance to make a lasting, enterprise-level impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full rebuild and execution of the marketing strategy with a heavy emphasis on revenue impact.
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to Sales and Revenue Operations.
- Drive demand generation, lead strategy, brand positioning, and pipeline support.
- Act as a hands-on individual contributor while building future team structure.
- Oversee digital presence, website strategy, content, social media, and campaign execution.
- Partner with external vendors and creative partners for web, branding, and design.
- Build marketing analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Support executive presentations, board materials, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure full alignment with the organization’s sales methodology and go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications & Must-Haves
- Proven senior-level marketing leadership experience in B2B services, hospitality, facilities services, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of revenue-driven marketing and sales alignment.
- Experience working within CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a lean, build-from-scratch environment.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Strong proficiency with presentation and creative tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative, Lucid, etc.).
- Background working with third-party services, multi-division organizations, or outsourced service models is strongly preferred.
