This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior GTM Business Analyst in the United States.

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient GTM Business Analyst to serve as the primary U.S. anchor for a global Business Applications team. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to design, optimize, and scale the GTM technology stack. You will translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solutions, drive process improvements, and enhance adoption of systems that directly impact pipeline, revenue, and customer lifecycle management. This role combines hands-on system configuration with strategic influence, providing visibility, governance, and data-driven insights across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with technology capabilities, ensuring smooth operations and measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Act as a strategic technology partner for GTM stakeholders, translating business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions, process assessments, and solution design for Salesforce and integrated GTM systems.
  • Serve as the primary U.S. point of contact for GTM teams, aligning with global Business Applications counterparts.
  • Optimize GTM processes and system architecture, streamlining lead-to-cash, case management, and customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Flows, Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge, and Experience Cloud.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including release planning, enablement, and adoption tracking.
  • Support integrations across the GTM tech stack, ensuring cohesive, data-driven operations.
  • Establish documentation, governance standards, and reporting frameworks to support scalability, compliance, and high data quality.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and dashboards for leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis within technology or SaaS environments, supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Support functions.
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes: lead management, pipeline management, account planning, customer onboarding, renewals, and support workflows.
  • Proven ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders, facilitate requirements sessions, and translate input into actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise (5+ years), with emphasis on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, automation, Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and GTM ecosystem tools (Clari, Gainsight, marketing automation platforms, CPQ).
  • Familiarity with data quality, governance, and security best practices in Salesforce and related systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills with the ability to bridge business and technical language.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant), prior experience in high-growth SaaS environments, and prior roles in Business Applications or RevOps teams.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD per year, based on experience (equity not included).
  • Fully remote U.S.-based role with flexible working arrangements.
  • Comprehensive professional development support, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and access to professional courses.
  • Biannual company-wide breaks and emphasis on work-life balance.
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment, certified as a Great Place to Work®.
  • Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and cross-functional teams in a global organization.
  • Transparent communication culture with town halls, all-hands meetings, and leadership engagement sessions.
