Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and backend components using Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, model data access layers with Hibernate, and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.
- Implement automated unit and integration tests; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and maintain build automation with Maven.
- Troubleshoot production issues, profile performance bottlenecks, and implement fixes to improve reliability and latency.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and produce clean, well-documented code.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver features on schedule and support deployment/monitoring activities.
