- Ensuring smooth and effective teamwork, focusing on mentoring, coaching, and leadership
- Acting as a (senior) software engineer, continuously building upon and improving the Automations area.
- Collaboration with Directors, Product Owners, Lead Product Engineers as well as Agile Coaches so you as a team reach your goals
- Creating an inspiring, cooperative environment with open communication and fostering teamwork
- Discovering training needs, motivating, and supporting team members to grow
- Empathetic and sympathetic person with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and transferring your own knowledge 
- Several years of software engineering experience with TypeScript/React
- Professional experience with Java is a plus
- A solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle
- Communicative personality with customer-centric end-to-end thinking 
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
