Job Description
Role: Web Designer
Location: Remote
Schedule: 9AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting landing pages for paid media campaigns (Unbounce, WordPress, Perspective, or similar)
- Design visually compelling website pages with a focus on UX and conversions/performance
- Develop website designs for WordPress websites (homepage, service pages, etc.)
- Create high-performing static ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and other channels
- Leverage AI tools to produce scroll-stopping video ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Design email templates and graphics that engage subscribers and support campaign goals
Requirements
- Strong design skills with experience in landing pages, web design, and ad creatives
- Landing pages for Google or Meta ads lead generation campaigns with understanding of CRO principles
- Experience in Unbounce or Clickfunnels is not required, but a huge plus
- Understanding of performance marketing principles (CRO, CTR, conversion funnels)
- Proficiency with design tools — experience with some or most of these is preferred: Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve
- Experience leveraging AI tools for design, video editing, or creative generation
- A portfolio showcasing web, ad, and email design work (static + video preferred)
