We are a Startup Studio Development Agency, building the next generation of high-growth ventures for international clients. We don't just build "apps"; we build scalable businesses in FinTech, FoodTech, EdTech, and Logistics.
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Flutter Developer to lead our mobile engineering efforts. You will not just be building UI screens; you will be engineering robust mobile architectures, ensuring 60fps performance, and managing the full lifecycle of complex applications from concept to App Store deployment.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: This position is 100% Remote, but you must be currently resident in Nigeria to apply.
📱 What You Will Do
- Architecture & Quality: Structure scalable Flutter apps using clean architecture principles. You write code that is maintainable, testable, and ready for scale.
- Complex State Management: Implement robust state management solutions (BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider) to handle complex business logic and data flows.
- Pixel-Perfect UI: Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into smooth, responsive, and accessible Flutter widgets across iOS and Android.
- Native Integrations: Work with hardware and native APIs (Biometrics, Camera, Geolocation/Maps, Background Services, Push Notifications).
- Offline-First Logic: Build apps that work reliably with poor network conditions using local databases (Hive, Drift, or SQLite) and sync mechanisms.
- DevOps & Release: Manage CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic/Fastlane) and handle the submission process to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
🛠️ Tech Stack
- Core: Flutter, Dart (Expert Level).
- State Management: Strong proficiency in BLoC (Cubit) or Riverpod.
- Architecture: Clean Architecture, MVVM.
- Testing: Unit Testing, Widget Testing, and Integration Testing.
- Tools: Figma, Git, Firebase, CI/CD tools (Fastlane/Codemagic).
- Bonus: Experience with native development (Swift/Kotlin) is a major plus.
Who You Are
- Location: You are currently based in Nigeria.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional mobile development experience (with significant time spent specifically in Flutter).
- Detail Oriented: You have an "eye for design." You notice when padding is off by 2 pixels or an animation feels jerky.
- System Thinker: You understand how the mobile app interacts with the backend. You know how to handle API errors, tokens, and caching gracefully.
- Independent: You thrive in a remote environment. You can plan your own sprints, break down tasks, and communicate clearly without constant supervision.

- The Challenge: We will give you a Real-World Take-Home Assessment. You will be asked to build a specific feature set (including logic and UI) based on a real Product Requirement Document (PRD) and wireframes.
