We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and business-focused Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. 🎯 Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Conduct market, product, and data analysis to support decision-making
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
- Support planning, testing, and rollout of new systems or enhancements
- Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- 1–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Excel, SQL, or similar
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
- Fluent in English
