We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and business-focused Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving processes, and collaborating across teams in a remote-first environment, this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and process flows
  • Conduct market, product, and data analysis to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
  • Support planning, testing, and rollout of new systems or enhancements
  • Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met
  • Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements
  • 1–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Excel, SQL, or similar
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Australia, with the legal right to work full-time
