We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Solutions Architect to design, implement, and oversee scalable technical solutions that meet business and client needs. This role is perfect for someone who excels at translating complex requirements into robust architectures and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to ensure solution alignment
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches
- Define system integrations, data flows, and technical standards
- Create high-quality architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Support pre-sales, proposals, and client presentations with technical expertise
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering and development teams
- Participate in continuous improvement and architecture governance processes
- 3–7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, or similar role
- Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with cloud services, microservices, APIs, and modern tech stacks
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and best practices in architecture design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance technical, business, and operational considerations
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and DevOps practices is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
