Key Skills & Experience Required

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and machine learning models.
• Demonstrated understanding of testing methodologies for AI / ML systems, familiarity with modern ML workflows
• Track record of working cross-functionally and building strong partnerships amongst teams and individuals
• You will work with experienced engineers, designers, and machine learning experts to qualify and refine features that delight users as well as form a solid technical foundation for future development.
• Experience in software or ML project quality assurance, focusing on functional, performance, and automation testing.
• Act as a point of contact for quality validation, ensuring that final deliverables meet both technical and functional excellence standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, enforcing best practices in testing, documentation, and validation of ML and LLM pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Conduct performance testing to evaluate the scalability and responsiveness of AI systems.
