- Dubai, UAE (Remote until office opens, then office-based)
- Full-time
- AED 11,000 per month
- Visa sponsorship available
- One-time relocation allowance up to USD 5,000 (if required)

We’re now hiring our first team member in Dubai to help shape the future of learning and build the foundation of our local office.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our digital storefront (e.g. Shopify, Webflow or similar).
- Research and source high-quality learning content on cutting-edge tech topics.
- Support the creation of video-based learning assets using modern tools.
- Own the content pipeline across text, audio and video, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Work directly with the founders on product, content and growth strategy.
- Support the operational setup of the Dubai office and take a hands-on role in early company building.
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Dubai (or ready to relocate); prior UAE experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM or related field preferred).
- Experience in content creation for e-learning, tech, or digital media.
- Familiarity with content and learning tools (LMS, video, AI/LLMs, etc.).
- Experience managing an online storefront or digital products.
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Startup mindset: independent, reliable, and comfortable wearing many hats.
