Job Description:
Client is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer with strong DevOps proficiency, specifically focused on AEP configurations, sandbox management, and packaging deployment processes for their MarTech team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience across AEP modules including Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), as well as proven ability to operationalize deployments using DevOps best practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Design, configure, and deploy Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions across multiple environments (Development, Stage, Production).
- Execute sandbox packaging and version-controlled deployment pipelines for AEP and AJO configurations.
- Manage platform governance across profiles, schemas, datasets, identity resolution, destinations, and tags.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for AEP deployments (Git-based workflows preferred).
- Work closely with architecture, MarTech, data engineering, and activation teams to ensure smooth integration and rollout.
- Troubleshoot platform-level issues, including ingestion failures, journey activation, schema conflicts, and identity stitching.
- Support operational documentation, runbooks, and release management processes.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, and data governance frameworks.
