Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for Microsoft desktop and cloud solutions. Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve incidents, document issues, and contribute to enhancing the knowledge base. Engage in learning programs to continuously build technical expertise and prepare for career growth within Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical support requests via ticketing systems and live communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to Microsoft platforms.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams and follow up on resolutions.
  • Maintain documentation of support cases and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions and certification preparation programs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal IT teams and end-users.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
