About the Role:

Based at Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire. Working Pattern: 5 days a week onsite, with some flexibility once embedded into the role. Core hours are flexible between 8am to 6pm.

  • Design Formal Jersey for Womenswear, with a focus on high-quality, trend-led design.
  • Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed.
  • Research trends and translate them into elevated, customer-relevant products.
  • Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
  • Collaborate with buyers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to specifications.
  • Support project-based collections as well as core line development.

About You:

  • Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role.
  • Having strong team work and people skills is a must as well as experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
  • Must have experience of working for a similar sized Retailer or Supplier background.
  • Must have Jersey Design experience
  • Creative and passionate about fashion and new opportunities.
  • Eye for fabrics and graphics.
