Aquaware is an IT consulting company providing Cloud Services and Technical Support for international clients. We are hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer with experience in IT Support and basic Cloud Operations, who is eager to grow in DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot user and infrastructure issues
- Manage tickets, incident resolution, and documentation
- Perform basic cloud administration tasks (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Monitor and support CI/CD pipelines and services
- Collaborate with senior engineers on automation tasks
Requirements
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash/Python)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
- Understanding of networks (DNS, VPN, Firewalls)
- Strong communication skills and proactive remote work habits
- Windows or Linux administration knowledge
- Nice to have: Experience with ticketing platforms (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Nice to have: 1–2 years of IT Support, NOC, or Help Desk experience
