We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Solutions Architect to design scalable, high-performance technical solutions that meet business needs. If you excel at bridging the gap between technical requirements and business objectives while guiding engineering teams, this role is perfect for you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Design and architect end-to-end solutions across cloud, data, and application layers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Provide technical leadership across engineering and cross-functional teams
- Develop architecture diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans
- Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards
- Support project teams during development, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Conduct technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, and feasibility studies
- Ensure architectural alignment with long-term technology strategy
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, cloud trends, and best practices
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or solutions architecture
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices
- Proficiency with architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., UML, C4 Model, Lucidchart, Draw.io)
- Experience with API design, integrations, and data flow architectures
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Understanding of security best practices, IAM, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or Google Professional Architect are a plus
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
