"VRAcademi AI Educational Technologies Reseach LLC is hiring a B2C Growth Marketer to drive our AI & XR EdTech mission in Dubai!
Job Title - Marketing Manager – B2C Growth, Community & Automation (Full-Time)
(3-6 Years Experience) in Dubai, UAE (On-site/Hybrid).
We are at the forefront of creative technology, empowering minds through AIXR in courses like Digital Art & Design, Game Development, Filmmaking, AI, Robotics & Coding and VR/Metaverse. We need a strategic operator to drive consistent student enrollments and optimize our full customer journey.
Mandatory Experience (Non-Negotiable):
- 3–6 Years of proven, real-world experience in B2C EdTech / Coaching / Kids Learning / Skill Training.
- Expertise in Full-Stack Funnel Automation setup.
- Direct experience with CRM-based counseling workflows and WhatsApp Automation for community-driven sales.
- This role is NOT for freshers or pure brand marketers.
What You'll Own (The 4 Pillars):
- Performance & Funnel:Â Full ownership of CPL & Admission ROI via Meta & Google Ads.
- Automation Mastery:Â Implement and manage critical touchpoint automation (Go High Level, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Nurturing & Community:Â Develop high-conversion Email/WhatsApp flows and scale high-trust learning communities.
- Strategic Content:Â Lead monthly campaign themes and strategic offline/partner marketing.
