CliDash is an AI-powered CRM built for financial advisors, designed to simplify admin, automate workflows, and give advisors more time to serve their clients.
We’re a young, fast-growing South African company looking for passionate individuals to join our team as we scale.
We are hiring a full-time Developer who’s excited about building real products, crafting beautiful user experiences, and working with modern technologies such as Flutter, Firebase, automation, and AI-assisted tooling.
If you enjoy solving problems independently, shipping fast, learning continuously, and contributing to a product that gets used by financial advisors across the country - this role is for you.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility, autonomy, and real product ownership. If you already use tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI coding assistants, great! We actively encourage using AI to boost productivity and creativity.
Requirements:
- Must be based in South Africa
- Strong experience with Flutter
- Understanding of Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Auth, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
