Job Title: Prometheus & Grafana Monitoring/Alerting Support Engineer
Location: 100% REMOTE - India
Employment Type: Contract role - 9 to 12 Months Contract
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong Linux/Windows admin experience (installing & troubleshooting exporters)
• Basic knowledge of Grafana (Data Sources, dashboards, dependencies)
• Understanding of Prometheus fundamentals (scraping, time-series data)
• Kubernetes (k8s) experience — monitoring stack runs on XCR/k8s
• Ability to fix installation, connectivity, and config issues for monitoring agents
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and RCA skills (data gaps, agent downtime)
