We are expanding our People team and are looking for a driven, organized, and engaging Recruiter who can spark excitement about eJam while helping us scale world-class teams—across creative, marketing, operations, supply chain, customer experience, data, and leadership roles.

The Recruiter will be the first line of defense for talent entering eJam.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Delayed hiring-manager reviews

Requirements
- A confident communicator with excellent English; Spanish is a strong plus
- Engaging, friendly, and able to spark excitement about eJam and its opportunities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Assertive in pushing for candidate reviews, test assignments, and hiring momentum
- Skilled in outbound sourcing and comfortable managing multiple pipelines at once
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience in recruiting OR outbound sales is a strong advantage
