Remote Recruitment Partner – Leading AI Company

Location: Remote across the Americas
Employment Type: Full-time

We’re hiring Recruitment Partners to support a leading and fast-growing AI company headquartered in New York. This fully remote role offers strong exposure to international hiring, talent mapping, and high-quality sourcing across both technical and commercial functions. You’ll work closely with an experienced recruiter and play a key role in building pipelines for one of the most exciting companies in the AI space.


Responsibilities

  •  Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels

  •  Build targeted talent pipelines across multiple role types

  •  Manage structured outreach and follow-ups with candidates

  •  Conduct initial screening where required (short text/voice notes)

  •  Partner daily with an assigned recruiter to align on search priorities

  •  Maintain organised tracking and reporting of all sourcing activity

  •  Support basic automation and CRM tasks (training provided)


Requirements

  •  1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruitment (agency or in-house)

  •  Fluent English (written and spoken)

  •  Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools

  •  Comfortable with high-volume sourcing and fast-changing priorities

  •  Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently

  •  Experience recruiting in tech is preferred but not essential
