About the Role
As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and securing the systems that power Elevait’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain cloud-based platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS apps)
- Monitor system health, manage backups, and enforce security compliance
- Provide remote technical support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Oversee user provisioning, permissions, and device management
- Assist in IT policy development, rollouts, and enforcement
- Troubleshoot issues across cloud environments, endpoints, and access systems
- Maintain detailed IT documentation, inventories, and user guides
- Partner with recruiting, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure IT readiness
What You’ll Bring
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
- Experience managing Windows and/or Mac environments
- Familiarity with cloud tools (M365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection
- Ability to communicate clearly and support end users with varying levels of technical experience
- Previous military roles in communications, IT, cyber, or tech support are highly applicable
