Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Requirements Elicitation & Management: leading workshops and interviews to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements (BRD) and functional specifications.
• Process Optimization: Conducting deep-dive audits of current business processes, creating "As-Is" and "To-Be" process maps, and identifying opportunities for automation or efficiency gains.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: analyzing complex datasets to identify trends and translating them into dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and reports that support decision-making.
• Bridging Business & Tech: Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Marketing) and technical teams (Engineering, IT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Agile Execution: Defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Testing & Validation: Coordinating and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and requirements.
• Change Management Support: Assisting with the documentation and training materials required to drive user adoption of new tools or processes.
• Strategic Recommendations: providing actionable recommendations to leadership based on gap analysis and feasibility studies.

Key Requirements May Include:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Management Consultant.
• Track record of successfully delivering projects that improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, or enhanced data visibility.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation standards.
• Solid understanding of data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python is a plus) and BI platforms (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex business problems.
• Prior experience as a fractional consultant or freelancer is a strong plus.
