Required: AI Systems Developer (AI Agents Developer)
Location: Taif – Saudi Arabia
Role Type: Building autonomous intelligent systems (Not IT)
We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, not as a technical support employee. A professional capable of transforming daily operations into AI Agents that operate 24/7 and significantly reduce time and cost.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build independent AI Agents based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems through APIs.
- Automate real business processes such as project tracking, CV screening, contract analysis, procurement, and bid comparison.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI Assistants, LangChain, Zapier, Make, RAG / ReAct.
- Write professional Prompt Engineering and convert ideas into operational systems.
- Train teams to efficiently use AI-powered systems.
- Proven hands-on experience in building AI Agents (real projects, not educational content only).
- Strong understanding of Workflows and JSON.
- Proficiency or solid experience in Python (a strong advantage).
- Good command of the English language.
- A problem-solving and system-building mindset, not task execution only.
- Willingness to work in Taif and ability to transfer sponsorship after 3 months.
- Work samples, GitHub, or links to previous projects.
- Experience with RAG / GraphRAG or complex process automation.
- Business-oriented thinking focused on efficiency and optimization, not coding alone.
- Network specialists, cybersecurity, IT support, or Microsoft systems administrators.
