Job Description
We are a fast-growing e-commerce and technology company operating multiple brands across the GCC. As we scale, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who can help us build a high-performance culture, strengthen our teams, and create systems that support rapid growth.
This is not a traditional HR role β we are looking for a builder, a strategic partner, and someone who understands how modern teams work (Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Operations).
π What You Will DoAs our HR Business Partner, you will:
Culture & People Development- Build and elevate a strong, healthy, performance-driven culture
- Coach managers and team leaders to improve communication and leadership
- Resolve conflicts and improve cross-department collaboration
- Increase engagement across remote and hybrid teams
- Design clear org charts, role definitions, and responsibility frameworks
- Build SOPs, performance systems, and KPI dashboards
- Implement HR processes across Marketing, IT, Customer Service, and Operations
- Optimize workflows and improve team productivity
- Implement performance reviews, KPIs, and scorecards
- Identify low performance early and guide managers on improvement actions
- Create development plans and ensure accountability within the teams
- Lead full-cycle hiring for Marketing, Tech, CS, Ops
- Build hiring scorecards and structured interviewing processes
- Ensure the company brings in high-quality, high-ownership talent
- Create systems for communication, reporting, and productivity
- Strengthen alignment and engagement across distributed teams
- Use AI (ChatGPT, automation tools) to streamline HR processes
- Implement modern HRIS and digital workflows
- 5+ years experience as HRBP or People Partner in startups, e-commerce, or tech
- Strong experience supporting Marketing, IT/Developers, and Customer Service teams
- Proven success building HR systems, KPIs, and performance frameworks
- Strong coaching ability and emotional intelligence
- Experience managing and scaling remote teams
- Ability to drive culture transformation and communication improvement
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience using AI tools and HR automation platforms
- Remote or Hybrid
- Candidates inside or outside Oman are welcome
- Must be flexible with GCC work hours
