Job Title: L1 Support Engineer
Job type: Contractual 6 months
Location: Sweden (Remote)
Daily pay rate: 110 euros
Language Proficiency: English and Swedish
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled L1 Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality remote IT support while ensuring smooth operations across Windows and Mac environments. The ideal candidate will have strong networking knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 IT support remotely to end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows and Mac operating systems
- Manage and support networking infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and VOIP
- Support and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD environments
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Proven experience in providing remote IT support
- Good knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, VOIP)
- Experience with Active Directory, M365, and Azure AD
