About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled L1 Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality remote IT support while ensuring smooth operations across Windows and Mac environments. The ideal candidate will have strong networking knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 IT support remotely to end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Manage and support networking infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and VOIP
  • Support and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD environments


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Proven experience in providing remote IT support
  • Good knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, VOIP)
  • Experience with Active Directory, M365, and Azure AD
