Founding Flutter Developer
Location: Fully Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a Founding Flutter Developer who can take ownership, innovate, and help shape our core mobile product from the ground up.
As part of the founding tech team, you will work directly with the founder and product leads to build, iterate, and optimise our cross-platform mobile application using Flutter.
This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage startup at zero-to-one phase, influence key technical decisions, and grow into a long-term leadership or full-time engineering role.

What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and scale high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Architect clean, maintainable, and efficient codebases following best practices.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services as required.
- Collaborate closely with product designers and backend developers to ensure smooth implementation.
- Participate in feature planning, sprint discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Write reusable widgets, components, and modular code using Flutter frameworks.
- Debug, test, and optimise performance across different devices and OS versions.
- Contribute to the engineering culture, processes, and best practices in the early tech team.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter app development (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter architecture, widgets, state management (Provider, GetX, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
- Experience building and deploying production-quality mobile apps.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, third-party integrations, and backend communication.
- Familiarity with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Analytics) is a plus.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with an ownership-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- A passion for building impactful, user-focused applications.
