Important note: This position requires relocation to Málaga, Spain. While the relocation is being arranged, the selected candidate will work remotely following Spanish business hours (CET). Once in Málaga, the role will be hybrid, combining on-site and remote work days.


What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Monitoring Technician with experience in Power BI to provide services to one of our clients, a leader in the banking sector.

Hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote – Málaga.


What we expect from you:

  • More than 3 years of experience.
  • Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Git and tools for creating repositories (Maven Archetype/Yeoman/Custom).
  • Branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development).
  • Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
  • Scripting (Ansible/Python).
  • Docker image builders (Docker/Jib/Kaniko/Buildah).
  • Docker orchestrators (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Programming languages (any of Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, C++).
  • Quality assurance tools and implementation of quality gates (SonarQube).
  • Automated testing and TDD/BDD best practices.
  • Experience operating Kubernetes clusters.
  • Knowledge of networking and load balancers (Nginx/F5/DNS managers, SSL certificates).
  • Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana/Kibana, Micrometer, OpenTelemetry).


Nice to have:

  • Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of cloud services from major public providers (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of API development (Swagger, API managers).
  • Design of complex pipeline architectures (Appian, QlikSense, Control-M).
  • Static Application Security Testing (SAST) tools (CodeQL, Semgrep, Kiuwan, Veracode).
  • Docker image security tools (Trivy, Clair).
  • Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) tools (Burp Suite).
  • BDD frameworks (Cucumber/JBehave).
  • API testing tools (Karate/Rest Assured).
  • Front-end testing frameworks (Selenium/Cypress).
  • Time-series databases (InfluxDB/Graphite).
  • AIOps tools (Rundeck, PagerDuty, Dynatrace).
  • Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.
