Job Description
Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS / Terraform / Kubernetes)
Delft, Zuid-Holland | 50/50 Hybrid | Up to €95,000
This is a senior, hands-on DevOps role for someone who genuinely enjoys being close to the platform they run.
The company operates a high-traffic platform at serious scale in the Netherlands. Availability, security and reliability are core to the business.
You’ll join a small, experienced DevOps team responsible for a mission-critical AWS platform. This is not a ticket-driven role. You’ll design, build, operate and continuously improve the platform, and you’ll be expected to understand the downstream impact of your decisions.

This role requires hands-on production experience, including:
- Genuine depth working in AWS environments (not just surface-level exposure)
- Terraform — writing and maintaining it, not only consuming existing modules
- Kubernetes in production (EKS)
The setup (important — please read)
- 50/50 hybrid: 3 days on-site one week, 2 days the next
- For this reason, we’re looking for people who live within ~1 hour door-to-door of the office (public transport friendly)
- English-speaking environment

Package
- Up to €95,000 gross salary, including holiday allowance
