⏰ Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Argentina Time

🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer (Python & Playwright) to join a fast-growing global engineering team building a next-generation HR SaaS platform used across the U.S. market. The product unifies HR, workforce management, payroll, and fintech into one seamless ecosystem — where reliability, scalability, and high-quality automation are essential.

In this role, you’ll design and maintain automated test suites across UI, API, and mobile, ensuring smooth, stable, high-quality releases. You’ll work closely with cross-functional engineering teams across Europe, continuously improving testing processes and helping elevate product quality at scale.


🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and refine testing requirements to ensure complete, accurate coverage
  • Build and execute automated tests for web, API, and mobile apps (Python, Playwright, Appium)
  • Develop test automation using pytest or unittest
  • Run performance, load, and stress tests (Locust, Artillery)
  • Maintain reliable, reproducible test environments
  • Execute both automated and manual tests when needed
  • Investigate results, report defects clearly, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Validate cross-browser and mobile behavior using BrowserStack or device farms
  • Identify risks early in the development lifecycle and help mitigate them
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Propose improvements to processes, documentation, and tooling


🧩 What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of experience in QA, with strong automation focus
  • Hands-on proficiency in Python for automation
  • Experience with Playwright (UI automation)
  • Experience with Appium (native/hybrid mobile automation)
  • Solid understanding of API testing concepts and tools
  • Experience with Python test frameworks (pytest, unittest)
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (Locust, Artillery, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Strong SQL skills for database validation
  • Basic understanding of Linux & networking fundamentals

Nice-to-Haves

  • ISTQB or other automation-related certifications
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
