Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, including leadership roles such as Head of QA, or QA Director.
- Proven experience managing multiple QA teams and large-scale testing initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in defining, measuring, and improving QA metrics and processes.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, client-server architecture, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with QA and test management systems (TestRail, Testmo, etc.).
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and modern QA automation concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English level: Advanced or Upper-Intermediate+.
