What You’ll Do

  • Support new business growth by engaging with e-commerce brands interested in loyalty and marketing solutions
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, from lead qualification to proposal and follow-ups
  • Understand e-commerce business models and customer journeys to support consultative SaaS sales
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share market and customer insights
  • Build strong relationships with prospects during the sales process and support smooth handover to post-sales teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B e-commerce or marketing automation platform sales or account management
  • Basic understanding of loyalty, CRM, or marketing automation platforms
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing sales data
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
