CBTS is searching for an AI Python Developer (Not a Machine Learning or AI Engineer) to their Application Development Group. This team will be focused on developing Generative AI applications. Although they are not looking for a developer with AI/ML experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications using Python. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Streamlit and be able to work collaboratively with a small team to deliver high-quality software solutions. Need to have excellent communication skills and mastery level of the English Language to build out LLM’s.
100% Remote – 8-5 EST – Must Have
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Developing and maintaining web applications using Python
- Familiar with developing containers
- Azure, Terraform, and Postgres experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance
The successful candidate should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Python Developer with Django working in AI group
- Messaging experience utilizing Python based Celery
- Terraform for infrastructure automation and building (vNets) with Express Route
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and using frameworks and ML tooling like: Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain
- Experience designing, training, and optimizing AI and LLM-based models for diverse applications.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git Hub
- Any experience performing Automated testing is a huge plus
- Streamlit is a big plus as well
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
